A development process for (young) professionals

Expeditions are the heart of our service and philosophy. Go out! Physically away from everything that makes us "us". The environments, the positive and the negative influences and associations — we leave them all for a while.

Our expeditions are therefore characterized as active trips of discovery where you are given the time and space to focus on yourself. No distraction for a while. Slow down and stand still. Reflection. Insight. We don't want to rush towards a final goal with blinders, but we rather challenge you to investigate the entire mountain landscape and to learn playfully, to fly out of the bend. All with a strong link to reality, and always with both feet on the ground.

 

In some cases, a specific question arises that can best be answered on the basis of a customized expedition. In such a case, we design a whole new expedition, with a new destination and unique interventions that are all related to the purpose of the expedition. The 'New Leaders' Expedition.

The sky is the limit

 

In the New Leaders Expedition is the sky is the limit (quite literally). An important note is that we don’t go on a trip for pleasure. We determine the content and propose/design a unique program that benefits your team or organization.

 

Partially customization

 

It is not always necessary to set up a whole new expedition. We apply nuances where necessary to achieve your goals, but we keep the foundation. An ideal middle way.

 

Building blocks

  • Kick-off.

    The start of an expedition always starts with a kick-off and possibly a personal intake interview. The ground rules ensure that the foundation is completely based on trust.

  • Expeditions.

    Our expeditions are unique and offer a playful and inspiring way to reach higher consciousness and develop your potential. We use a wide range of experiences in different fields. Nature - sports - music - body-oriented challenges - animals. During these expeditions we facilitate the process of personal development.

  • Intervisions.

    We facilitate intervision groups to ensure that we translate and secure our insights. In this small circle of people you can share experiences and help and challenge each other in a familiar environment.

  • Coaching sessions.

    With one-on-one coaching we can accelerate personal development. Insights during the expeditions and daily life can be deepened during these sessions.

Expeditions in a nutshell

 

Do you know all your strengths and limitations?

 

Spoiler: the answer is no. The things you are really good at are, like the things that limit you, organic. They change from time to time. For example, under external influences, but also through your own experiences, personal development and insights that you gradually gain.

Our expeditions offer the perfect opportunity to get a better idea of how you can optimally use your talents and strengths. And how you can give your limitations a place, learn to work and live with them or even give them a positive spin.

 

Practical based.

 

It sounds contradictory, but sometimes you just have to let go of something to get a better grip. That applies to a heavy shopping bag or a dumbbell in the gym, but also to your own growth.

The ultimate goal of the expeditions is to get a better grip on your daily life. Although we focus a lot on letting go, the expeditions are concrete in nature and we never lose sight of the practicalities. To guarantee this, we use, for example, a zero and final measurement.

 

For who?

 

Although literally everyone can learn something from our expeditions, we mainly focus on (young) professionals, top athletes, adventurers, entrepreneurs and teams.

USP.

What do you think is the USP of Raak expeditions? How personally the facilitators deal with your process. Even though you are working on the expedition in a group, it feels like a private journey about your personal development. In addition, the development lessons are not temporary but valuable for the longer term. The program contains impactful activities that give you immediate feedback in different scenarios. This means you know exactly where your potential lies, and you get the space to practice this.
